Hi I'm Margaret from 'Motion for Life' Personal Training. Welcome to My Website. I'm Committed to Your Fitness and Weight Loss Goals, providing Indoor and Outdoor Sessions in the St George Area and the Sutherland Shire to Accommodate You.  I Offer One on One Personal Training, Small Group Training of up to 10 Clients per Group, Functional and Mobility Training for Older Adults, Kids Fitness, and Fitness Packages. Specialising in Weight Loss and Gain, Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility, Special Needs, and Older Adults. Exercise Programs are tailored to each individual client's abilities, exercise preferences and requirements.

I'm a fully Certified Master Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with the Australian Institute of Fitness. Also a Functional Ageing and Exercise Specialist with ACE (American Council on Exercise). Fully Insured and CPR Accredited. Registered with Fitness Australia.
